(Photograph) - Futuristic fashions: a high-tech stretchy yarn, made from 65 per cent silk and 35 per cent steel, was among the materials of the future on display at an exhibition of MA work at Nottingham Trent University. Knitwear designer Lorraine Croft, who has just completed an MA in fashion and textiles, is working to improve the material's look and feel with support from an Italian textiles company.
