High time UK universities acted collectively and MADE the agreement on their own behalf instead of waiting for indolent and indifferent politicians... just TELL them what arrangements have been made. They work for us, not the other way around, and we should not let their ineptitude interfere with the development of strong links with the rest of Europe when it comes to research.
