Fee-paying international students are the focus of a government initiative launched this week. A strategy to be launched by Baroness Blackstone at the London School of Economics today promises to eliminate many problems experienced by foreign students when applying to study in this country, including the visa application process, the right to work while studying and the right to enter and remain. A one-stop shop for interviews and applications will reduce visa processing time.
