Council announces ageing initiative

The Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council has announced a £5 million initiative - Experimental Research on Ageing - to build on the Science of Ageing programme.

This will draw on advances in genomic technologies and focus on areas such as population genetics and the influence of diet and nutrition.
