Chinese partner for UCE

The University of Central England has entered into a partnership with Beijing Jiotang University.

Chinese students will spend half of their four-year course in Birmingham, graduating with a UCE degree in automotive engineering or computer-aided design. The first 20 students are expected to enrol this September at Beijing Jiatong.

Graham Rogers, dean of the Technology Innovation Centre at UCE, said: "This international collaboration builds on the successful arrangement with Nanjing University of Science and Technology, 120 of whose students now study with us."
