Anti-prostitution police patrolling top hotels in the capital cities of the two Congos have arrested several female students of medicine and pharmacy who have been slipping sleeping pills into the drinks of clients - mostly diplomats and military officers from Angola, Zimbabwe and Namibia assisting government troops fighting rebels - and stealing cash from their wallets.
