According to Dr Pavin on "How ASEAN States Make Their Peoples Unable to Think", he made an effort to find a new publisher himself. Because of his connections with other Thai professors, he was introduced to someone at Yale University, and the manuscript was then accepted and published. https://youtu.be/CYrR_FfAcvY
