Remember these acts of kindness, and seek opportunities to perform such acts of your own. When you are the recipient of one, rather than "owe the donor one" go and pay it forward to someone else who is in need of your kindness.
Kindness isn’t soft and fluffy. Kindness is tough and powerful. It’s exactly what we need right now. University staff need to come together to protect their institutions and to reach out to the community around them.
I find this quite ironic. One of the authors of this piece is anything but kind and has a reputation as a bully among those who have interacted with her. Maybe the message should be that these academics should begin by looking at themselves first and foremost. How can you claim to be radically kind when you spend your time putting others down at every opportunity?
In my opinion, kindness is an essential part of our social lives. And no matter do we study at college, university or go to work. Last year, when I was choosing the institute I've read carefully all the Us Career Institute reviews and realized it's a very good place for both improving my career skills and making new friends. Still satisfid a lot with my choice.
