A powerful and disturbing read. 'Sophia' (I know the names have been changed) says "This is the burden of diversity work" : it too often falls to those who are seen to benefit from diversity initiatives to push for (fight for) inclusion. The consequences of that burden as told in this article are unthinkable/unbearable, but lesser consequences do arise for those pursuing inclusive practices.
