Scots fraud inquiry

Lothian and Borders police have launched an embezzlement inquiry following the disappearance of £20,000 from Jewel and Esk Valley College in Edinburgh. The police are believed to want to interview a former staff member who left the college last year. The cash is thought to have disappeared from bursary funds earmarked for non-existent students.
