Scots consider fees a small price to pay

The Committee of Scottish Higher Education Principals is set to tell Scotland's inquiry on student finance that Scottish applicants have a realistic view of what higher education will cost them and view tuition fees as " a small part" of a bigger bill. Coshep's evidence comes from an analysis of almost 5,000 Scottish responses in a survey by the Institute of Employment Studies of how students choose universities and colleges. It reveals Scots felt more strongly than other United Kingdom students that higher education is worth paying for .
