Oxford engineering plc spins off yet again

The department of engineering science at the university of Oxford has announced its fifth spin-off company in 12 months.

Oxford BioSignals will develop signal processing. The department has also launched Nanox, an electronic materials firm and three IT companies, OMIA, OXIVA and ThirdPhase.
