NUS launches anti-drinking drive

An advertising campaign to stop young people drinking too much was launched this week by the National Union of Students and the charity Drinkline. Posters show students in a stupor with the words "drunk boys/girls are easy to get into bed if you can pick them up off the floor" and "drunk boys/girls will clear off in the morning. Vomit stains take a little longer". Over half of male students drink above recommended levels and 16 per cent at dangerous levels.
