MP seeks law to helppart-time students

Bury North MP David Chaytor has launched a private members' bill calling for loans for part-time students, parity in the rate of institutional funding for part-time students and paid educational leave for people in work. Mr Chaytor said the measures were key to achieving the government's lifelong learning agenda.
