A Chinese chemistry student studying in Moscow's Mendeleyev University was found dead after being stripped naked, covered in red pepper, bound, gagged and wrapped in blankets. Moscow police say the "inhuman murder" was probably the work of other members of the city's tightly knit Chinese community.
