A lecturer who suffered "belittling and humiliating treatment" by her line manager at Skelmersdale College, Lancashire, was unfairly dismissed, a tribunal found. Maureen Nash, a part-time hairdressing lecturer, had left on medical advice because of a stress-related illness. No college representative attended the tribunal
