Gates and Cambridge talk scholarships

Cambridge University is talking to Bill Gates, owner of computer giant Microsoft, about a Pounds 130 million programme that would allow the university to offer graduate scholarships.

Mr Gates has already poured millions into the university to help set up a computer laboratory.
