The Association of University Teachers is to set up an inquiry commission into its handling of this year's pay dispute following members' protests. It is seeking nominations for the six-member commission to report by the summer council meeting. The commission will also include as ex-officio members: AUT president Alan Carr, president elect; David Green, chair of employment; Natalie Fenton, chair of tactical action and campaigning committee; Terry McKnight and general secretary David Triesman.
