Edinburgh creates governance forum

Edinburgh University has launched a Governance of Scotland Forum as a one-stop shop to the expertise it can offer the Scottish parliament. Principal Sir Stewart Sutherland said: "Other universities and other institutions will be involved in this, and we will bring people to the table to thrash out the major issues that will face Scotland in a non-partisan, non-party way.''
