An induction programme has been launched to help students develop their academic skills as they start university. The academic liaison team at Edge Hill University has developed the programme to show students how to source resources, conduct research and develop effective arguments. Margi Rawlinson, academic skills coordinator, said the inductions would help students "become better learners and improve their marks".
