Circular quality The Higher Education Funding Council for England has sent a circular letter to all vice chancellors asking for comments on a discussion document about how to bring the quality assurance programmes of audit and assessment together. The letter also calls upon the Committee of Vice Chancellors and Principals to bring its own proposals on audit into line with Government guidelines on accountability.
