A film by academics at two universities will premier at a conference on Indian cinema. The film by Nirmal Puwar, senior lecturer in the department of sociology at Goldsmiths, University of London, and Sanjay Sharma, senior lecturer in sociology/communications at Brunel University, will feature in the Indian Cinema Circuits event in London on 25 and 26 June. Cinema III is described as "exploring different collaborative methods for engaging with complex histories and futurities" and promises "menace and melancholia".
