Capturing and evidencing authentic data on employability is quite challenging and the metrics could be subjective. Teaching Quality essentially comes from a ' teacher's quality too. The passion to teach and commitment for the development of every student is an intrinsic value that makes the real difference. I feel that qualitative teaching is achieved when teachers transform in to facilitators of student development. Of the several teachers who taught is through our lives, we certainly remember the ones who were facilitators for our transformation.
